Every new build begins with a direct conversation with Zeb Davis — your land, your vision, your budget, and your timeline. We assess the site, discuss design direction, and determine whether Cornerstone is the right fit before any plans are drawn.
Design & Planning
Working alongside architects and designers as needed, we develop a complete plan — permitting, engineering, material selections, and a transparent investment summary. Nothing begins on site until the plan is fully understood and agreed upon.
Foundation Through Framing
The structural phase where our standard matters most. Zeb personally oversees every inspection point — foundation, framing, rough mechanical, electrical, and plumbing — because what happens here determines the integrity of everything built on top of it.
Finish & the Final Five Percent
Where most builders move fast to close out, we slow down. Trim, fixtures, surfaces, and artisan finishing details are executed to the same uncompromising standard that defines every Cornerstone renovation — because a new home deserves the same care as a beloved old one.
